I take the time every day to "connect"...no computer, no sound, just me and a desire to accept myself. It's my spiritual work. Yes, Ben, and I totally agree...if not for those small, painstakingly (and sometimes annoying) "normal" moments of our life, I think I'd really be nuts. You're beautiful, baby.
