<p>I do think that we get way too caught up in the debate of &#8220;leaders: born or developed&#8221; debate.  Even if the premise that all great leaders are &#8220;born&#8221; is true does that mean we&#39;d drop that person smack dab into a new role and expect him/her to &#8220;just figure it out&#8221; with no assistance? That&#39;s as absurd a notion as &#8220;everyone can be a leader&#8221;. The polarizing &#8220;either/or&#8221; discussions wear me right out&#8230;.</p>
